Non seulement je m'amuse avec des gens et une coach vraiment motivante, mais j'apprends un sport gnial.On ne nous dit pas seulement de frapper dans un gant, on nous apprend une forme, des techniques, et a rend l'entrainement vraiment plus personnalis. Si tu cherches apprendre te dfendre de la bonne manire, ici c'est le bon endroit!

After moving back to this area from Toronto I searched for several years for a new place for kickboxing. I finally found Martial Arts Patenaude in Vaudreuil and I love it! Sophie is a fantastic trainer and great with all levels. It's a fun yet challenging atmosphere for all ages. The bilingual class teaches a lot of skill and is great exercise. I finally feel myself getting back into shape and getting back to the level I once was in Toronto. Highly recommend Martial Arts Patenaude in Vaudreuil.
