The customer Service is unacceptable. You go to ask questions about activities or sports and you are always redirected to their website. Why cant you answer the questions? They have a front desk, but you are seen as a distraction from them staring at their screens. I dont normally give negative reviews, but the professionalism of this centre really needs to be improved, as well as the atmosphere.
I love the place for the reason it is the only one I know in the area with the indoor running track, so I run here each winter. The gym is expensive, I've been there only once. Lockers and showers are new and clean. One negative comment I have to make about the running track - they are closing it time to time for different events, and they don't warn you that that's the case when you are buying your membership, so you think you would be able to have access any day any time.
Terrible membership plans, and if you have a plan to get into there gym and all you want to do is warm up by either running around, them it's fine... But if you also would like to warm up in the same gym by warning up and doing some things like exercises on the 4 courts, even though there are nobody around, then you are not allowed. You are not playing a game or anything, just practicing your serve or your swings ALONE... You seriously have to pay extra for the court for 1 hour... That is ridiculous!!!! Your membership end up being useless in that case. Oh BTW, as one other poster, ENGLISH... You can forget about it, terrible service but on the bright side it is clean ;-)
July 2018 and the season of massive heatwave is upon us - and 'm frustrated and annoyed that the Centre Multisports (and also the OWNERS of this property.. i.e. Ville de Vaudreuil) are not taking the ventilation problems (in the Salle Ominisports - track area) seriously ! For the last month it has been ridiculously HOT in that area and they have not been able to do anything to make it more tolerable for those people using this area. The owner (Mr. Besner) has been aware of this problem and apparently it's supposed to be fixed... but in the meanwhile, you'd think they would have put more floor fans in place (earlier on....) to create at the very least, some form of air circulation. Too little too late... very disappointing that health and safety is not (apparently) on the top of their list of priorities. Will be interesting to see how quickly they'd react to get this resolved if a health inspector visits the facility.
Honestly the prices are not interesting. I personally just wanted to use this place for Tennis/Badminton courts. 1year= 180$ (not bad) but then on top of that you have to pay I think 10$/hr ...so I'll be conservative and say I go 6 times every month that's 60$/month...so everything included is 900$/year (those are with conservative numbers) If I went 12 days per month that would be 1620$/ year....so yah
