They have all the gear you need, staff is motivating, never too crowded, good machines, VERY sanitary. Great place to keep in shape.
Been coming here for over a year now and the level of customer service is really lacking. Half the time no one is at the front desk. On multiple occasions I waited more than 20 minutes to speak to someone and just ended up giving up and walking out. I get that it's only 10$/month however that is no excuse for poor customer service.
Bethany is absolutely awesome! However the rest of the staff seemed like they where just there and not really super excited to help or see if there was anything I need. Will upgrade to 5 stars if the service improves in the next few months.
Would give zero stars if I could... this gym is the worst. No floor space to do your own thing, the gym has only two sets of five pound and ten pound free weights that you practically have to fight over. The staff is rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. The gym appears clean enough, but with such a high volume of people there, I always feel dirty and germ-y after being there. I didnt last longer than a week before I got fed up and cancelled, you get what you pay for at Buzzfit.
