Update: Made my review,. Owner contacted me by Google to give the appearance that they would work too help... Still no news 6 days later. I reduced to 2 stars given it further confirms my point of a problem on the customer support ( not the floor staff who are amazing) end of the organisation.I have a very mixed experience at this place. I bought a new above ground pool at the start of this year. Basically pre-sale service was excellent! Salesperson was polite and helpful. After sales service also excellent. I'm completely new to pools but the on site water test are incredibly helpful and the advice that usually follows as well. My problem with this store is everything in between! The pool arrived in boxes on time and I was told it would be installed within 10 days. A few days later I received a call at 4pm from the installer telling me they would be there at 630 the next morning. I had to be there and they needed water access. I like most people, have a job and so now had to find a way to show up late for work with very short notice. When I asked what other options I had,. I basically got yelled at for even suggesting that he would try and accommodate the client and was told it would be in 2 weeks but he wouldn't be able to let me know in advance so I would just be pushing the problem to a later date. I grudgingly accepted and quickly tried to catch my bosses on the way out the door. The next morning was just as horrible. After showing up on time I was lectured on why I should own a longer hose, basically told he would have to dump all the dirt and grass he was ripping up on a patch of my lawn instead of the driveway I wanted because my house couldn't reach the end of my year (with a little effort it does ) And started a very loud machine 20 minutes before he was permitted by City by-laws. At this point I should point out the installation was well done. I called to complain about the rude service to the store given its a contractor. Never heard back from them, leading me to believe it's a general issue with the department. To sum up. Buy your pool, buy your supplies, get your water tested. But if you plan to have them install it,. Expect the rudest most uncompromising service ever.
Used to be a very dependable place. Now you really can NOT depend on any of there water or pool resalts. First now they are for sales, I have spent over $800.00 dollars in the last 5 weeks and still can not get my pool water clear. They seem to have an endless supply of young employees, seems they change every few weeks, so what do I think, already changed, enough on the guessing and making the customers pay.
UPDATE: I changed the 1 star to 3 star as the sales manager took care of our situation and made sure that we were happy in the end. I wish I could rate higher but there were a few visits to get it done correctly.STAY AWAY.....Purchased a Nirvana heat pump only for it to be damaged and installed to close to the property line. Technician said he was not aware of the bylaws and came back a second time. Now it is not level and sloping towards our pool cabana. I mentioned that it was not level and he stated it is not his responsibility. Sales associate was friendly but found we were not well informed as to the installation process. To spend so much money and have to deal with this now again for a third time is a huge disappointment and inconvenience and a fourth time for the manufacturer to repair the damage. Do not buy from this company you will really regret it!!

2018, Still the best service I have ever had for poor and outdoor paraphernalia. Great work. This store has everything you need for the pool and spa including information on how and when to do things. J.F. and his crew from the service department are always ready to help you with everything you need. This store also has a good display of pools, spas, and everything for the outdoor deck and yard furniture decorating, its a nice store.
