I am a customer from this Canadian tire since it's opening manu years ago. I have toi admit that the customer service has dramatically diminish... Today : 1 employee at the car parts... Need to wait for him to finish... No one else except him! At the cashier line.... One cashier open at 17h00 no one else. It's sad I am working with customers also. Your client are your bread and butter : the need to be served and answered correctly or the will go do there business elsewhere then it's too late... They will never be back!!!
