Very disapointed I went there for my first acne facial. And on the phone I was told it was an hour but lady only did it for 40 min. Went in rubbed my face removed black heads, put cream and finish. I was told by othe esthicians that she is supposed to put a mask and leave it on for 20 min but she never did. For a first experience I expected something more.
