Fancy place, it's true, but an absolute disaster what they did to my hair. I have (or used to) a good hair, long, thick, rich and somehow, the young lady that was supposed to take care of it did nothing but terrible things to it. First, she was not able to cut it into a simple bob, then she decided to burn all my hair ends, the colour was off all the way. What I got was just a fat price and people after people telling me how terrible my hair looked. Thanks a lot, especially to a salon that claims "clean" products and professional hair care. If you want to destroy your hair, go there. This is my firts review ever (good or bad!) of a service, so you can imagine how terrible this experience was.
I normally never go to spas but a girlfriend of mine suggested I try Kalypso for a much needed therapeutic massage! The staff was honestly super friendly and answered many of my questions (which was so refreshing). I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for some relaxation time and I look forward to going back!!

Relaxing atmosphere, wonderful staff and great service! I visited Kalypso Concept Spa for 2 treatments; a massage and esthetics treatment. Both were a wonderful experiences with pleasant staff. They made sure my time at the spa was a great experience and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I love the fact that they offer eco friendly and all natural products for their services. One of a kind - will visit again!
