Overall customer service was great Specially Alain who is a great person to deal with
big storage a little bit expensive and no gutter on the establishment so when you go and pick up your stuff if it's snowing or raining it's snowing on you and raining on you like raining crazy
Used the Depotium facilities at Vaudreuil-Dorion to store our home furniture for 5 months in summer 2016 while waiting to move into our new home. Always appreciated the helpful service from the facilities managers, the easy access to the individual lockers, and the cleanliness of the facilities and lockers. Reasonable storage prices, and got a discount on a very large volume of packing materials used for our move and storage. Our extra-large moving tractor-trailer truck had difficulty navigating around some tight entrance corners to reach our lockers in the middle and outside blocks (furthest from the office), but the very skilled driver eventually made it, and had no problem reaching the locker in the first block, same side as the office. Overall, recommend this Depotium.
