Honestly this place has gotten so much better since they rebranded the chain. The food is very good, staff is fantastic, prices are reasonable, kid's menu is perfect for our toddler, and the ambiance is nice. Big and aspacious, don't feel too close to other patrons. Very well done for a chain especially.
Great food, nicely prepared. Service was poor at best, we felt forgotten. Barely had any follow up service. I'm not going to name the person but you should look into that.
Delicious food, kind staff, 'bread bar' where you can butter and grill your own bread (with multiple combinations). The atmosphere is really nice and if it's your birthday they even have their own song that they play on the speakers and TVs. Nothing not to like! 5/5 stars. :)
